减去 20k的政治移民， 10k的非EB2IC的EB，还有22K,这22k是EB2IC.因为有EB3I升级到
EB2I,还有一部分08PD的不能在2月前递交485, 其实应该有25k左右的demand
10月和11月说的21kEB,照例减去10K，就是11k的 EB2IC
基本就是 PD08 和PD 07年有 11k+25k＝36K的demand 了
supply 方面其实看上年就ok了，上年EB2IC一共拿到不够30k的名额，今年逻辑上可能更少，因为
经济好了，但是也可能因为 27%分配了更多名额给EB2IC,保守估计还是30k
所以2012年能清理大部分08PD,一小部分09PD

bonus。说存开账户寸100刀，返利200刀，用于给新客户的奖励。偶就开了户头，提交
了护照复印件，填了表格banker告诉我是W8 tax form。但是banker忘记扫描我的i-
20form。之后我收到了200刀的奖金，但是账户显示“FEDERAL INTEREST WITHHELD”我
被扣了56刀。
偶去找银行，职员打电话问客服，客服说当时没有扫描i-20 form。于是职员赶紧扫描
这个表格，并且提交上去。等了半个月没消息。今天去银行问，职员又给打电话问，说
是银行已经把材料提交，但是government坚决认为我不是international student。这
简直是莫名其妙啊！这个问题到底怎么解决？银行职员让我找政府。问题是为什么政府
不认为我是国际生？到底哪里出了问题？还是无论是否为国际生都要交这个56刀的税？
！请大家指点啊！

但刚才整理证件时突然发现，I-20 FORM第三页ISSS的签名，02/05/2009签的，
有效期一年。
明天回国，所以走之前，来不及找ISSS重新签名了。
上面写着“This page when properly endorsed, may be used for reentry of the
dependent after a temporary absence from the united states. each
certification signature is valid for one year.”
那么请问，明天回国，应当没有问题吧？
等她回国后，把I-20FORM寄过来，找ISSS签名，然后再寄回国，
等她三月份回来时，可以吗？
